Brad Millman, M.D.

Dr. Millman attended Pennsylvania State University, followed by Temple University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. He received his medical degree from Hahnemann University. Dr. Millman completed his Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgical Residency at Geisinger Medical Center, and a Fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the McCollough Clinic in Birmingham, Albama. He has been practicing medicine for 20 years, beginning at Geisinger Medical Center and more recently in Northeast Philadelphia.

Dr. Millman currently holds appointment as a Clinical Associate Professor of Surgery and Otolaryngology at Penn State University School of Medicine, Thomas Jefferson University School of Medicine, and Drexel University School of Medicine. He is also the secretary/treasurer of the Pennsylvania Academy of Otolaryngology. He has also published over 25 articles and book chapters, as well as over 40 presentations at national and state meetings of the past decade.

Staci H. Safady, AuD, CCC-A, F-AAA

Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Staci Safady is a board certified audiologist with 21 years of audiology experience. Staci’s impressive range of experience includes work in hospitals, clinics, and private practices, where she has developed a reputation for expert and personable care. The majority of her experience, however, has been devoted to helping her patients hear better through compassionate, individualized care.

Staci’s educational experience includes a Doctorate in Audiology from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, a Master of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She has been employed by ENT & Allergy Associates/Philadelphia Hearing & Balance since March 2019. She was previously at a different ENT from January of 2004-February 2018 specializing in diagnostic audiologic evaluations, vestibular evaluations, hearing aid counseling, hearing aid evaluation and fittings, repairs and follow up of services.

She holds a Clinical Competency Certificate from the American Speech-Language- Hearing Association, a Board Certification from the American Board of Audiology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. She is board licensed and certified in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.

Staci is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She also received the Continuing Education Award from 2008-2013.

Besides helping people improve their lives through better hearing, Staci’s other passions include teaching fitness classes, specifically spin at local fitness centers and hanging out with her nieces and nephews.

Dr. Safady is located at the One Woodhaven office 5 days a week.
